Fleeting magazine

This week I heard that I received a "special commendation" from the brilliant Fleeting magazine for my short story "Milk", which I entered into their Best Short Writing in the World competition. Read about all the winners here.

I've written fiction for as long as I can remember, largely in secret, but only with genuine confidence for around six months or so... So it's nice to have a little recognition.

"Milk" went up on my blog a few months ago. Read it and tell me what you think.

I haven't put up any other stories in a while because I'm trying to get them published, and working to get them into shape. Also, I'm working on something longer - something stupidly ambitious - which is in the planning stages. Wish me luck! I need it.
